Job summary

Victory Millwork in Lynden, WA is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for our swing shift. This full-time position starts at $26.00 per hour with a $1.75 shift differential and a Monday–Thursday schedule from 3:30 PM to 2:30 AM, with Friday hours varying by production needs.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot machinery, lead repairs and improvements, and mentor operators.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs).
• High integrity, sound judgment, and strong safety focus.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and effective working solo or in teams.
• Strong communicator and planner with a “fix-it” mindset.

This position carries a $1.75 shift differential

Monday-Thursday: 3:30 PM - 2:30AM

Friday: 3:30pm - 8:30pm or 3:30pm - 2:30AM depending on production needs
