Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our Grand Island facility operating safely and efficiently. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment supporting daily operations, with exposure to industrial refrigeration systems.

You will work with an experienced maintenance team, performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs while documenting activities and communicating needs to leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience or a combination of maintenance experience and technical/trade school training.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, building or property maintenance, or material handling equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist with inspections and basic maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment (ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus).
• Perform maintenance on material handling equipment following manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Document inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities accurately.
• Communicate equipment concerns and repair recommendations to leadership.
