Job summary

Lineage is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated industrial equipment in a fast-paced facility in Windsor, CO. The role emphasizes mechanical and electrical system work across refrigeration, material handling, and building infrastructure.

3+ years of experience with industrial maintenance and automation is preferred. The position requires lifting, climbing, and working in varied temperatures, with a shift that may include weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in industrial environments.
• Automation experience strongly preferred, with electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic system exposure.
• Basic electrical instrumentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair automated equipment and industrial machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain ammonia, Freon, and CO₂ refrigeration systems.
• Maintain building infrastructure and facility equipment.
• Complete work orders and document maintenance in CMMS.
• Diagnose electrical/electronic components, motors, wiring, and controls.
