Job summary

Lineage – The World’s Leading Temperature-Controlled Logistics Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician III (Ammonia Refrigeration) to support an industrial cold storage facility. The role focuses on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and building systems to ensure uptime and safety.

Candidates should have 2+ years in industrial refrigeration and 3+ years in mechanical/electrical maintenance, with proficiency in CMMS and basic

Qualifications

2+ years of industrial refrigeration experience (ammonia, Freon, and/or CO₂).
3+ years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience in warehousing, processing, or manufacturing.
Basic understanding of electrical instrumentation, P&IDs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
Troubleshoot and repair ammonia compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves, and controls in compliance with PSM/RMP and IIAR standards.
Conduct inspections, performance testing, and calibration of refrigeration and electrical components.
Document maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS.
Support and monitor contractors; ensure safety protocols are followed.
Communicate system status and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
