Job summary

You will work with a trained maintenance team to ensure equipment runs reliably and quality material is produced on schedule. The role requires hands-on skills with hand and power tools, ability to troubleshoot, read instructions, and operate a forklift as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on facilities equipment with the maintenance team.
• Troubleshoots, disassembles, repairs and reassembles machines and equipment.
• Operates hand and power tools; understands instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
• Maintains logs/records of equipment services.
• Follows safety practices and environmental requirements; operates forklift as needed.
• Repairs, maintains and replaces worn parts; installs/tests systems before turnover.
• Identifies root causes of equipment failures and implements corrective actions.
