Job summary

Accelera Staffing is seeking skilled Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Clinton, NC to support manufacturing and packaging processes. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep production lines safe and productive.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with sensors, VFDs, motors, and diagnostics.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and mechanical schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout safety procedures.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and repair industrial machinery across production lines.
• Diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot control circuits including VFDs, motors, relays, and sensors.
• Follow technical drawings to guide maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to boost uptime.
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document maintenance activities and report status during shifts.
• Maintain safety via LOTO and PPE protocols.
