Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support PPS production facilities. You will develop preventive maintenance schedules and perform routine repairs, inspections, and calibrations on pumps, heaters, compressors, and HVAC systems.

You will coordinate with contractors, monitor costs, maintain records, and assist with electrical and PLC-related issues. A minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience and a safety-first mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical HVAC/industrial maintenance training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of preventative maintenance, hand tools, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, operational, and equipment-related issues with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and maintenance documentation systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work 8–12 hour shifts in industrial environments with PPE.
• Willingness to overtime and travel between PPS facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for plant equipment and facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment and production systems.
• Inspect equipment, pumps, heaters, forklifts, compressors, and related systems.
• Coordinate outside contractors and support vendor activities during servicing or repairs.
• Monitor maintenance spending and support cost-effective repair decisions.
• Complete cleaning, lubrication, calibration, and adjustment of equipment and components.
• Conduct safety inspections, leak testing, and operational checks per procedures.
• Support maintenance for ovens, compressors, HVAC systems, and waste treatment equipment.
• Maintain organized parts inventories and maintenance records.
• Assist with electrical panel assessments and PLC-related troubleshooting.
