Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment to support safe, reliable operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical issues within authorized limits.
• Inspect facility systems to identify wear, damage, or maintenance needs before failures occur.
• Complete minor repairs to doors, locks, walls, ceilings, or fixtures as needed.
• Respond to work orders promptly while prioritizing safety and impact.
• Operate tools safely and in accordance with proper practices.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when specialized expertise is required.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance needs to ensure timely follow-through.
• Assist with equipment installations, workspace moves, and general improvements.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies and building codes during work.
