Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, hands-on role.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with pneumatic/hydraulic systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance and general upkeep across building and grounds.
• Maintain building infrastructure including lighting, doors, windows, and plumbing.
• Troubleshoot facility-related issues and perform repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and inspect systems for potential problems.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on facility systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Support maintenance of CNC equipment, waterjet systems, and heavy machinery.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and follow safety policies.
