Job summary
JE Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our metal fabrication and manufacturing operations in Florida. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across electrical, PLC/controls, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with a focus on diagnosing failures, performing repairs, and driving reliability improvements.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting capability.
- Experience with PLCs and machine-control systems.
- Experience with motors, motor controls, sensors, and motion-control devices.
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems; preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Diagnose circuits, motors, relays, VFDs, sensors, and drives.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and safety circuits.
- Maintain and improve preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with facilities for repairs and improvements.
- Read electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures.
