Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain facility infrastructure, support manufacturing equipment reliability, and sustain a safe, productive manufacturing environment. The role covers routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems and manufacturing equipment across our operation.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and able to diagnose and resolve a range of maintenance issues with minimal supervision in

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience in a hands-on maintenance role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting motors, pumps, bearings, belts, gearboxes, valves, and other mechanical components.
• Working knowledge of common hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, parts diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize maintenance requests based on urgency and operational impact.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility infrastructure, buildings, and related systems.
• Support routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform in-house repairs to reduce downtime.
• Follow safety policies and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors when needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Identify wear, leaks, and failures and propose solutions.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and improvements.
