Job summary

ProFrac Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will support plant goals through preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety-compliant operations.

The role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills, with ability to interpret manuals and work orders, and participate in on-call coverage. Strong safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate degree or technical training in a related field.
• Welder certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified duties to maintain plant equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts and test adjustments.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Use hand and power tools, meters and handling equipment.
• Participate in on-call maintenance as required.
• Identify faulty operations and report to supervision.
• Adhere to MSHA safety rules and keep workspace clean.
