Fulcrum Technologies is a world-class manufacturer of custom machine bases and support structures for semiconductor equipment. We seek an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain facility infrastructure and manufacturing equipment, ensuring uptime and a safe work environment.

The role focuses on routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating with contractors. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, mechanical aptitude, and safety-mindedness to support production

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance (hands-on).
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and diagrams.
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work safely and independently in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance and general upkeep.
• Troubleshoot facility systems and perform corrective repairs.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance work.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Support routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Identify wear, leaks, and potential failures; propose solutions.
