Job summary

Crafco, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing plant in Halls, TN. The role focuses on maintaining machinery, performing repairs, and executing preventive maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, and fixing mechanical issues, updating records, and coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime. The position offers a competitive hourly rate with a comprehensive benefits package.”

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of trade school OR related maintenance experience preferred.
• HMI experience is a plus.
• Able to read and write English.
• Knowledge of pumps, motors, oil lines, and automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Rebuilding/replacing large pumps and motors used for asphalt manufacturing.
• VFD and light electrical knowledge.
• Conveyor maintenance and repair.
• Automated equipment, PLCs, sensors, eyes.
• Oil heater and heat trace systems.
• Maintain records and ensure equipment reliability.
