Job summary
Crafco, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our manufacturing plant in Halls, TN. The Technician will maintain machinery, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of trade school or related maintenance experience.
- HMI experience preferred.
- Able to read and write English.
- Knowledge of general shop math and reading charts/drawings.
- Working knowledge of pumps, motors, and automated equipment.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild/replace large pumps and motors used for asphalt manufacturing.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix mechanical issues.
- Update equipment records and organize tools/work areas.
- Follow safety protocols and collaborate with production teams.
