Job summary

Amaero Advanced Materials & Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at 130 Innovation Drive SW, McDonald, TN. You will install, repair and maintain industrial equipment essential to our production process, aiming for minimal downtime.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, ability to read schematics, and proactive preventive maintenance. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience in metal production, foundry, or manufacturing.
• HSD preferred; Millwright Certification recommended.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with welding, machining and fabrication a plus.
• Proficient at troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment failures.
• Stand/walk/sit and lift up to 45 lbs during a long shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work orders and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
• Execute Lock Out Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain accurate notes on repairs and troubleshooting.
• Keep work area clean and contamination-free.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize equipment.
