Job summary

Crafco, Inc. in Halls, TN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance and upkeep of our manufacturing plant and its equipment.

You should be mechanically inclined with experience supervising preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment logs. The role offers overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

Inspect and monitor assets for proper operation and mechanical condition; supervise inspections and actions.
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs safely and professionally.
Maintain a detailed equipment log of repairs and inspections.
Lead the plant preventive maintenance program per requirements.
Assist in installation or upgrading projects.
Willing to work overtime and varying shifts when required.
