Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical degree or training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and drawings.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, HMIs, robotics, and automated equipment preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and CMMS usage.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment, presses, and related machinery.
• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on machinery and building systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, robotics, sensors, cameras, and vision systems.
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects to improve safety and productivity.
• Fabricate and repair machine components, guards, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and inventory; document activities in CMMS.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain organized maintenance records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
