Job summary

ARaymond in Logansport, Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, and complete repairs on production machinery and facility systems. You will support installations, troubleshoot downtime, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, programming PLCs/ROBs, and maintaining safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent with preferred technical training in maintenance or mechatronics.
3–5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Program, troubleshoot, and support PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, robotics, sensors, and vision systems.
Document maintenance activities and update CMMS records.
Collaborate with production and engineering to improve reliability and uptime.
