Qualifications
- Experienced Maintenance Mechanic in an industrial setting.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiar with PLC-controlled equipment and 480V three-phase systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and AC/DC drives.
- Maintain 480V three-phase motors and electrical systems.
- Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and repairs for proper operation.
- Use CMMS to create and complete work orders and document activities.
- Assist with installations, modifications, and improvements.
