Job summary
Maintenance Technician position in Spring Hill, TN for a manufacturing team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment to maximize uptime and production efficiency.
The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, with PLC-controlled equipment, conveyors, and MES integration. This role requires hands-on problem solving, safe work practices, and collaboration with maintenance and operations teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with PLCs, MES integration, conveyors, and automated equipment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems, gearboxes, bearings, and drive components.
- Read electrical schematics and troubleshoot motors, relays, PLC I/O, and sensors.
- Support MES-integrated manufacturing operations and documentation practices.
- Operate basic machine tools and perform TIG welding as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
