Generac Power Systems, a leading provider of power generation equipment and technology, is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to maintain and service production lines, perform preventive maintenance, and manage facility tasks. The role covers mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting with opportunities to coordinate projects with external vendors.

Strong safety training and teamwork are valued in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO and NEC knowledge and training.
• PIV training and certification.
• Aerial lift training and certification.
• PLC knowledge and ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and service production lines within the facility.
• Perform preventative maintenance of production line equipment.
• Seasonal external facility maintenance.
• Waste management and simple routine facility maintenance.
• Identify parts and materials needed to perform duties.
• Maintain 5S program.
• Maintain compliance with training programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Build manufacturing lines and cells to support production needs.
• Advanced mechanical, electrical and PLC troubleshooting and repair.
• Coordinate resources for projects with external vendors.
