Qualifications

At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
Basic computer skills to use maintenance software and digital docs.
Completion of a two-year technical degree preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide repair assessments, service equipment, and ensure all repairs are completed effectively and safely.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC logic, and hardware issues related to machinery and equipment.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility and production equipment.
Research equipment upgrades and new purchases; prepare proposals, order parts, and develop plans for special maintenance projects.
Participate in managing parts inventory, including identifying required parts and supplies.
Respond to emergency and unplanned repair needs to support continuous production.
Attend required internal and external training to maintain safe maintenance practices and obtain necessary equipment certifications.
