Qualifications

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer skills to use maintenance software and digital docs.
• Completion of a two-year technical degree preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair assessments, service equipment, and ensure all repairs are completed effectively and safely.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC logic, and hardware issues related to machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility and production equipment.
• Research equipment upgrades and new purchases; prepare proposals, order parts, and develop plans for special maintenance projects.
• Participate in managing parts inventory, including identifying required parts and supplies.
• Respond to emergency and unplanned repair needs to support continuous production.
• Attend required internal and external training to maintain safe maintenance practices and obtain necessary equipment certifications.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use maintenance software, email, and digital documentation tools.

Preferences

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Strong electrical background, including experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
• Experience operating heavy machinery beyond standard warehouse forklifts.
• Completion of a two-year technical degree, ideally paired with industrial maintenance experience.
