Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair a range of systems, including electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and optical components, ensuring production targets are met and quality is maintained.

A strong hand-eye coordination, safety mindset, and ability to operate forklifts or material handling equipment will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance manufacturing environment or a combination of education and experience.
• High school education or GED equivalent; Injection molding machine abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with maintenance personnel to keep equipment in top working order for high-quality output.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and optic systems.
• Read PLC information to diagnose problems and communicate with Maintenance Manager.
