• Support PM program with minimal downtime.
• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on production equipment, heating and cooling systems, ingredient handling systems and plumbing systems.
• Start machines and equipment to test operation and repair.
• Record preventative maintenance tasks and work orders promptly.
• Complete work orders and respond to maintenance calls on the production floor to prevent downtime.
• Install and maintain electrical equipment/controls, circuits and PLCs.
• Troubleshoot worn parts and rebuild machine assemblies and pumps.
• Handle chemicals safely per hazardous communication requirements.
• Train others as needed and influence peers.
