Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin to install, diagnose, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. You will work with refrigeration systems, boilers, hydraulics, and other plant utilities while following safety and GMP guidelines.

The role requires 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience, ability to read schematics, and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems. Overtime and weekend shifts are required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration, high-pressure boilers, and utility systems.
• Ability to read schematics and operate computerized controls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment problems using tests and diagnostic tools.
• Inspect parts for defects; repair or replace malfunctioning components.
• Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment including hydraulics and conveyors.
• Refer to manuals to ensure proper installation and operation of machinery.
• Document maintenance activities in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to unplanned needs.
