Job summary

Accelera is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support multiple sites across Michigan. You will ensure equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and assist with daily floor operations through proactive repairs, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.

The role requires mechanical and electrical proficiency, with experience across CNCs, presses, automation, PLCs, and related systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial machinery, be able to read complex

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of proven maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing
Strong mechanical aptitude with repair and troubleshooting skills
Experience with electrical repair and diagnostic procedures
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Proficiency with PLC-controlled machinery
Experience with industrial hardware such as CNC machines, presses, and automation
Familiarity with ISO 14001, IATF 16949, or similar quality systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Execute preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production machinery
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated system issues
Respond quickly to equipment failures to minimize downtime
Service stamping, CNC units, presses, conveyors, and automated lines
Perform electrical diagnostics on PLC-based systems
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components
Record work orders and maintenance logs; organize spare parts and tools
Collaborate with maintenance and production to improve uptime and efficiency
