Job summary

Cambria is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our quartz processing facility. You will perform preventive maintenance on crushers, screens, conveyors, mills and other equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and assist with installation and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

The role requires a technical degree and 2+ years in industrial maintenance; CMMS knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical degree with 2+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and electrical schematics.
• Ability to read manuals and diagnose automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on processing equipment per schedules.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform timely repairs.
• Assist with installation and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect equipment for wear and damage and replace parts as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records in CMMS and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Participate in safety meetings and training, and support spare parts management.
