Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure optimal operation of factory equipment in Wisconsin. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, install and troubleshoot automated devices, and interpret blueprints and ladder logic to locate malfunctions.

Ideal candidates have technical certification and 5–10 years in industrial maintenance, with experience reading schematics and working with PLCs.

Qualifications

• Reading mechanical, electrical and hydraulic prints or schematics.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.
• Experience in preventive or corrective maintenance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery and equipment per schedules.
• Inspect parts, perform measurements and diagnose malfunctions.
• Read blueprints and ladder logic to troubleshoot.
• Use forklifts and hoists to move equipment; work safely with PPE.
• Mentor new employees and document repairs in CMMS.
