Cambria is seeking an Automation Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated systems in our quartz processing facility. The role uses PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and control devices to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electrical/automation field.
• 2+ years in industrial automation, mining or manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics and control diagrams.
• Proficiency in PLCs and HMIs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for automation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and program PLCs and HMIs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors, mills, and processing equipment.
• Calibrate sensors, actuators, and control devices.
• Develop and update automation documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to optimize system performance.
• Provide technical support and training to operations personnel.
