Electrolux Group in Kinston, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, maximize reliability and uptime, and support continuous improvement efforts.

The role covers electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems, including PLCs, with emphasis on safety, ISO standards, and teamwork with production and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, certificate, or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Maintenance, Industrial Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of two years of formal technical education or training.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, including three‑phase 480‑volt power and 24‑volt control circuits.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair motors, controls, and electrical panels; working knowledge of PLCs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑based manufacturing environment

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems, including motors, drives, sensors, and PLCs.
• Support Siemens and Allen-Bradley automation platforms and resolve controls-related issues affecting production.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO, PPE requirements, and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate equipment status, and provide technical support.
