Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Maintenance, Industrial Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of technical education or training.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems (3-phase 480V, 24V control circuits).
• Troubleshoot/repair motors, controls, and electrical panels.
• Working knowledge of PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems including motors and drives.
• Support Siemens and Allen-Bradley platforms and resolve controls-related issues.
• Ensure safety compliance (LOTO, PPE, OSHA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and costs.
• Provide technical support and training as needed.
