Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Maintenance or related field.
• 2+ years of formal technical education or training.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems (3-phase 480V, 24V control circuits).
• Ability to troubleshoot motors, controls, and electrical panels.
• Working knowledge of PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley).
• Team-oriented in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems including motors and drives.
• Support PLC-controlled equipment and resolve controls-related issues.
• Ensure safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, OSHA) are followed.
• Maintain equipment to quality standards and support root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to reduce downtime.
