Job summary

The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and safety standards. On-site with a 2:00 pm–10:00 pm shift.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, certificate, or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Maintenance or related field.
• Minimum of two years of technical education or training.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, 3-phase 480V, 24V control circuits.
• Ability to troubleshoot motors, controls, and electrical panels.
• Working knowledge of PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Support Siemens and Allen-Bradley automation platforms and resolve controls issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, OSHA).
• Reduce downtime and maintenance costs through continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams.
