Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support surface finishing plating operations. The role emphasizes plumbing, fluid transfer, process tanks, and overhead crane equipment in an active chemical processing environment.

The position requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong CPVC/PVDF piping and pump experience, and solid mechanical troubleshooting skills, along with strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in plating, anodizing, chemical manufacturing, or heavy wet-process environments.
• Proven plumbing threading, solvent welding, and piping knowledge (CPVC, PVDF, PVC) and servicing valves/pumps.
• Solid troubleshooting across pumps, pneumatics, basic motor controls, and material handling systems.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines, SDS, chemical compatibility, and spill response methods.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and fluid handling systems (PVC, CPVC, PVDF, Polypropylene) and metering pumps.
• Inspect, clean, and repair plating/anaodizing tanks, coils, lines, and exhaust components.
• Inspect and maintain overhead cranes, hoists, monorails, and related material handling equipment.
• Strictly follow LOTO, confined space, and hazardous chemical procedures; log maintenance and near-misses.
