Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires advanced mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
• Understanding PLP's manufacturing process and troubleshooting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with plant personnel.
• Proficiency with small hand and power tools.
• Good time management and prioritization.
• Ability to troubleshoot simple and complex systems.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Practice PPE compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate unsafe conditions promptly to management.
• Operate forklift safely.
• Maintain facility housekeeping.
• Participate in company training programs to build skills.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Ensure equipment is safe and functional; perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance with staff.
• Communicate with plant and support staff.
