The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills, experience with PLCs, and proficiency in TIG/STICK welding; willingness to work across shifts in a fast-paced food packaging environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree in Electrical/Mechanical repair or 7 years relevant experience.
• Experience with high-speed packaging equipment in food or pharma.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with PLCs, welding TIG/STICK, and power/precision tools.
• Able to work in demanding environments and read technical manuals/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair conveyors, packaging machines, pumps and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic domains; read schematics.
