Job summary

Distribution International is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, reliable operation of industrial manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement to maximize uptime and product quality.

You will collaborate with production, engineering and safety teams, follow LOTO protocols, and maintain accurate records while helping to keep the plant operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certificate in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical and schematic drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and precision instruments.
• Knowledge of LOTO safety and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose root causes to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Install, adjust, and calibrate machinery and components.
• Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement.
