Job summary

The Employee Connect is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for a permanent, direct-hire role at a Graniteville, SC facility. The role covers both electrical and mechanical repair of heavy production equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety, downtime reduction, and skill-building through training.

Qualified candidates will have industrial maintenance experience, the ability to read schematics and PLC logic, and be able to work rotating shifts with overtime.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills including three-phase power and motor controls.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and PLC ladder logic.
• Install, align, and rebuild motors, gearboxes, pumps, and conveyors.
• Follow lockout tagout and all plant safety procedures.
• Document work orders and parts usage in the maintenance system.
• Partner with production teams to reduce downtime.
