Job summary

MOR PPM, Inc. in Aiken, SC is seeking Mechanical Multi-Craft workers to support industrial maintenance across production lines.

You will partner with the Engineering team to install, test, and release equipment on site, read blueprints and manuals, and help ensure reliable operation. Candidates should have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, an associate degree or completed apprenticeship, and the ability to work with PLCs, drives, and cables in a manufacturing environment; onsite safety shoes

Qualifications

Associates degree in Electronics, General Technology, Robotics or related field with at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Or completion of an apprenticeship program with at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience or at least 5 years total.
Knowledge of reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals; ability to troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Install, test, and release equipment with Engineering team.
Record activities in a CMMS.
Maintain equipment for industrial production, processing systems, and conveyors.
Troubleshoot AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers.
Read blueprints, schematics, manuals and test results.
Use hoists, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and testing equipment.
