Job summary

ARaymond Network is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service and repair production machinery and facility systems in our Logansport, IN plant. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and sustain high plant availability.

The role requires experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, plus familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, robotics, and vision systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, presses, automated systems, and facility machinery.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on machinery and building systems.
• Document maintenance activities and work orders in CMMS.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, robotics, sensors, and vision systems.
• Collaborate with teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and inventory for critical components.
