Job summary

ARaymond is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Indiana plant. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair production machinery and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You’ll install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, read blueprints, and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve productivity. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, and robotics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on machinery and building systems.
• Document maintenance activities and update CMMS records.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and other departments.
