Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and pneumatics, and can read schematics. Safety, teamwork, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in industrial maintenance or a related trade.
Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical troubleshooting experience.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
Welding and fabrication experience a plus.
Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Basic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Support equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.
Follow safety procedures including LOTO and OSHA guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
