Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance procedures; basic math.
• SAP experience preferred; LOTO knowledge; PIV certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Inspect plant equipment and perform basic repairs.
• Assist with machine moves, installations, and rebuilds.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Operate floor care equipment.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Follow safety policies including LOTO.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per 5S.
• Identify and report safety hazards.
• Respond to maintenance requests to support uptime.
• Assist cross-functional teams with facility needs.
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
