Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician at an advanced manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN. Positions are available across multiple shifts and support either production equipment or facility/utility systems.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and use CMMS for work orders. Safety and teamwork are essential as you contribute to reliable operations on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience using CMMS or computerized maintenance management systems.
• Shift flexibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing or facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, compressors, pumps, piping, chillers, wastewater, and electrical equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems.
• Follow all safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.
