Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is hiring Maintenance Technicians for an advanced manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN. Positions are available across multiple shifts and will support production equipment or facility/utility systems.

The role requires industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with CMMS. You will perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and document work orders while adhering to safety procedures in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.
Flexibility on shifts is preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing OR facility equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
Maintain facility systems including HVAC, compressors, pumps, piping, chillers, wastewater, and electrical equipment.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems.
Follow all safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.
