Qualifications

• A college degree (Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineer, or related field).
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Journeyman certificate is a plus.
• Experience conducting PMs on Industrial Equipment.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions promptly to maximize productivity.
• Install and modify equipment as needed.
• Use maintenance software to track work orders and inventory.
• Adhere to LOCO and OSHA safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize operations.
• Overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts may be required.
