Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• 1 year of experience with electronic and PLC based applications in an industrial environment.
• 1 year of experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with SH&E standards and promote safe behavior.
• Propose and implement improvements to maintenance practices and product quality.
• Record non-conformances on equipment and report to Maintenance Team Leader.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and develop quality solutions.
• Monitor maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability.
• Participate in TPM improvement teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow maintenance procedures and complete tasks on time, including electrical, welding, plumbing, and PLC work.
• Perform planned and preventive maintenance tasks and escalate issues to engineering as needed.
• Carry out safe equipment repairs and urgent breakdowns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
