Job summary

Kurz USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure optimal operation of plant equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance. The role requires strong mechanical and/or electrical skills and hands-on experience with CMMS systems, plus adherence to safety standards and GMP-related practices.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of electrical, industrial controls, mechanical, hydraulic, compressed air, boiler systems, ammonia refrigeration, waste treatment, and building maintenance in a hi speed CPG environment.
• Continual improvement techniques such as 5S, Lean, TPM.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
